Sheffield Multicultural Centre

In late 2014, we entered into an agreement to support the Emaan Trust of Sheffield with the construction of a multi-purpose community centre, which is located on an area of 3390 m². Construction began in 2011 and when complete in 2017 (75 per cent complete so far), the project will include the following: a school, nursery, social and cultural hall for women, library, gym, restaurant, multi-purpose hall, social reform unit and prayer hall, administration office area and parking.

The project will contribute to the development of the community and promote positive integration through different activities including interfaith programmes. It will serve more than 20,000 people who live within a 5 mile radius of the centre.
